Tour Itinerary

On arrival at Jammu Tawi Railway station/Airport, you will be received by our representative and commuted to Katra (Approx. 1 ½ hours) which lies at the foot of the Trikuta Mountains, where you will be checked into your Hotel for rest and overnight stay.  Overnight stay at Katra.

Full day free for Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan, one of the most popular pilgrimages of India situated in the lap of Trikuta mountains across Katra town at an altitude of around 5200 feet.

The Yatra involves a trek of nearly 12 Kms from base camp at Katra known as Ban Ganga. The other alternate ways to do this Darshan is by Ponies/Palkis/ Helicopter.

If time permits, visit Bhairo Temple and return back to Katra in the evening. Overnight stay at Katra.

After breakfast, we shall drive to the famous Hill station of Patnitop (Approx. 3-4 Hours drive) which is perched on a beautiful plateau, at an altitude of 2024 metres. You shall be checked into your Hotel on arrival.

Later, we shall explore Patnitop Park, Nag Temple and Padora Enclave. Overnight stay at Patnitop.

Today, we shall visit Sansasar Lake. Enroute, we shall stop by at Nathatop.

Resting at an altitude of 2,711 metres and 11 kms from Patnitop, Nathatop offers majestic views of Lower Shivalik range and Brammah Massif of the Kishtwar range. One can enjoy can also participate in adventure activities like Paragliding and Skiing here during winters.

Situated at an elevation of 2050 metres, just 20 km from Patnitop, rests the pristine Sanasar Lake. Its name consists of two parts derived from two villages – Sana and Sar. Experience the breath-taking views of Himalayan mountains, witness the dense vegetation with horses grazing on it, crystal clear lake water with astonishing waves dancing with the breeze, and much more. One can enjoy activities like Horseriding, Shikara ride, Rock-climbing, Paragliding, Hot-air ballooning, Parasailing and Rappelling here. Overnight stay at Patnitop.

After breakfast, we shall drive to Jammu (Approx. 3-4 hours), where you will be checked into your Hotel on arrival.

Later, we shall visit the famous Raghunath Temple, with seven shrines each with its own `Shikhara`, is one of the Largest temple complexes of North India.

We shall also visit the historic Bahu Fort and Mahakali Temple. Constructed on the banks on Tawi River, the ancient fort is believed to be constructed by Raja Bahulochan around 3,000 years ago. The renowned Shakti Temple is built within the fort during the 8th century. 

Later, we shall visit the beautiful terraced gardens of Bagh-e-Bahu inside the fort complex. One can enjoy views of Tawi river from here. There is also a Fish-shaped Aquarium here which is said to be the largest underground aquarium in the Indian subcontinent.

After breakfast, on time departure to Jammu Tawi Railway Station/ Airport for your onward journey with memories of a Lifetime!
