On early morning arrival at New Jalpaiguri Rly station/ Bagdogra Airport, we head towards West Sikkim and drive to the idyllic town of Pelling( Approx. 5 hours). One can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range from Pelling.  Overnight stay in Pelling.  

After breakfast, we shall visit Pemayangtse Monastery (one of the oldest and most famous monasteries of the region), The 135 ft Chenrezig statue, one of the three Buddhist deities and Glass Skywalk. We shall also visit Singshore Bridge (the second highest suspension bridge in Asia).

Overnight stay in Pelling.  

After breakfast, we shall drive to Yuksom(Approx. 2 hours) – the first capital of Sikkim. Enroute, we shall visit the Rimbi Falls and Kanchenjunga falls, two magnificent perennial waterfalls that are a must see place for tourists. If interested, you can visit Khecheopalri Lake, a wish fulfilling lake on the way.

Later, we shall visit Dubdi Monastery, Kathok Lake, Kartok Monastery, Tashiding Monastery and Kanchendzonga National Park. Overnight stay at Yuksom.

After breakfast, we shall drive to Gangtok (Approx 5-6 hours).

Enroute, we shall stop by at Namchi in South Sikkim where in we shall visit Temi Tea Garden – the only tea garden in Sikkim, Samdruptse Monastery located  on the ‘wish fulfilling hill’ is situated at an altitude of 2134 m (7000 ft). It is a 45 m tall statue, overlooking the whole city. We shall visit the famous Chardham boasting of a boasting an 87-ft statue of Lord Shiva and replicas of four Dhaams of the country, all at one place on the Solophok hilltop.

Later, we shall proceed towards Gangtok. Perched on the ridge of a hill at an altitude of 1700 mt, Gangtok is famous for its scenic beauty and spectacular views of Mt. Kanchenjunga, revered by the local populace as the Guardian Deity of Sikkim. Overnight stay in Gangtok.  Overnight stay at Yuksom.

After breakfast, we go for a sightseeing tour of Gangtok covering Ranka Monastery, Ban Jakri Falls, Do-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Flower show, Ropeway and cottage industry. Evening free for personal activities & shopping.  Overnight stay at Hotel in Gangtok. 

After breakfast, we head to North Sikkim wherein we shall drive to the beautiful hamlet of Lachen (altitude 2,750 metres / Approx 6-7 hours). The town commands a panoramic view of the Himalayan mountains and is abundant in wildlife.  Enroute,we shall visvikit Singhik View point, Seven Sisters Water Falls and Naga Water Falls. Stop on way for lunch. We end our journey at Lachen and check into our Hotel. Overnight stay at Lachen.

Early morning (approx. 5:30 am), we shall go for an excursion to the beautiful Gurudongmar Lake located near the Chinese border.  The journey takes us through Thangu and Chopta valley. The road to Gurudongmar from Thangu passes through the high alpine pastures carpeted with thick rhododendron bushes.  Located at an attitude of 16890 ft, the spectacular Gurudongmar Lake is one of the highest lakes in the world. The waters of this lake are said to have curative properties and is revered by both Hindus and Buddhists.  

On way back, we shall visit Kalapatthar via Chopta Valley.

Later, we drive back to our accommodation for lunch. Post lunch, we drive to Lachung. Overnight stay at Lachung.

Early  morning,  we  shall  drive  to  Yumthang  Valley  (known  as  Valley  of  Flowers).  Yumthang  is  a  beautiful  destination  and  is  the  summer  grazing  ground  of  the  Yaks(1 ½ hours).  In  April/  May  /June,  the  valley  erupts  in  a  riot  of  colours  as  Rhododendrons,  Primulae  and  many  other  Alpine  Flowers  are  in  full  bloom.  A  number  of  sacred  Hot  springs  are  scattered  in  the  valley  providing  an  unexpected  opportunity  to  feel  the  warmth  of  the  water even  in  freezing  temperature. We shall continue our drive (approx. 1 ½ hours) to Yumesamdong (Zero Point), situated at an altitude of 15500 feet. Overnight stay at Lachung.

After breakfast, we shall drive back to Gangtok (approx. 6 hours). Evening free for rest.  Overnight at Hotel in Gangtok. 

Start from Gangtok early morning. Reach Changu Lake (Tsomgo Lake) and New Baba Mandir. If Nathula Pass is open, we shall visit it. 

We shall continue our journey on the Old Silk Route in East Sikkim where in we shall cross or visit Tukla Valley, Old Baba Mandir, Kupup Lake, Jelep la Pass(13999 ft) that links Lhasa and India during the Old Silk route, Yak Golf Course( Located at 13025 feet above sea level, the Yak Golf Course has been listed as the World’s Highest Golf Course by the Guinness Book of World Records). Visit Eagle’s Nest Bunker. Overnight stay at Gnathang.                                                        

Early morning, we shall leave Gnathang to enjoy the sunrise at Thambi View point. Situated at an altitude of 11,600 ft. above sea level, Thambi View Point also offers an undeterred view of the famous zig-zag road (locally known as Bhul Bhulaiya for its 32 hairpin turns). We shall continue our drive via Zuluk, Padamchen and end our journey for the day at Rishikhola. This place gets its name from the Rishi river. Rishi Khola lies in between Sikkim and West Bengal.

Overnight stay at Rishikhola.                                                     

After breakfast, drive to New Jalpaiguri Rly station/ Bagdogra Airport (Approx. 4 hours) for your onward journey with memories of a lifetime!
